Diarrhoea is one of the most common digestive diseases in the community. Until now, diarrheal disease is still a major health problem and the main cause of death in children under five, especially in developing countries including Indonesia (WHO, 2009). Based on demographic characteristics, the under-five age group is the group with the highest incidence of diarrhoea. Socialization is one of our efforts to absorb and provide information that is relevant to our goals and objectives. Socialization is carried out as an effort to inform the public through the provision of socialization. Better understanding leads to better thinking. One of the efforts that must be made for socialization and education is the provision of safe vaccinations for diarrhoea sufferers. Due to the lack of public understanding of vaccination, people are reluctant to vaccinate. Therefore, promotive efforts on safe vaccination for diarrhoea sufferers were carried out by ITKES Health lecturers and student Wiyata Husada Samarinda. After the presentation of the material was completed, participants were first given a posttest by giving questionnaires to as many as 33 people who had good knowledge about vaccination and diarrhoea, and as many as 3 people have sufficient knowledge about vaccination and diarrhoea.
